A Bad Year For Tomatoes

By John Patrick

Directed by Rachel Cliffe

February 9 – March 10  2018

“The uproarious doings will keep you laughing right up to the final curtain.”

Myra, a highly successful TV actress, tired of the pressures of her career, moves away from the limelight.  She rents a cottage in a tiny New England hamlet and settles down to write her autobiography and raise tomatoes, but her neighbours have other ideas. To avoid their constant interruptions, Myra invents a maniacal sister locked in an upstairs room who escapes from time to time … and the fun begins.

By arrangement with Hal Leonard Australia Pty Ltd, on behalf of Dramatists Play Service, Inc New York.
